By accessing or using any product or service provided by Aalavaya Software Private Limited ("Aalavaya"), including but not limited to Clothify, EduTrack, MediBill, and other software applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Aalavaya provides cloud-based software products (SaaS) on a subscription basis. Our products include web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and related support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
One subscription per business entity unless otherwise agreed

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to our products requires an active subscription plan
Subscription fees are based on the plan selected at the time of purchase
Payments are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
Free trial accounts have limited features and duration as specified
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our software
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Resell or redistribute our products without written permission
Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, logos, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Aalavaya Software Private Limited. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for your business purposes only. You do not acquire any ownership rights.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into our products
We do not claim ownership of your invoices, customer records, or reports
You may export your data at any time using built-in export features
Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice)
Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages)
Third-party service failures (hosting providers, payment gateways)
Issues caused by your own equipment or internet connection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aalavaya Software Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases immediately
Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination

11. Refund Policy

Free trial periods: No charges, no refund applicable
Monthly plans: No refund after activation
Annual/Semi-annual plans: Pro-rata refund within first 7 days if no significant usage
Technical issues preventing use: Case-by-case evaluation

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
